Worm Farm Rebate
I’ve been looking into getting a worm farm so I can produce liquid fertiliser to feed my container plants.
I’ve since discovered that the Queensland Government is providing a rebate of 50% or up to $50 for the purchase of the farm (though not the worms). So if you’ve been procrastinating on buying one, like me, you have until December to pull your finger out and get one for half price.

Thanks for this, I had no idea this was available and we were only talking about whether we could find a suitable space for a worm farm in our garden last weekend. I’ve printed the form and will start to research the options available. Great blog.

No problem. Space is not really an issue with worm farms; there are some very compact farms that would even fit on a small balcony.
